- Processing Times
○ Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
○ You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
- Coverage Areas
○ We currently serve Los Angeles County and Orange County.
○ If you are located outside these areas, please contact us at hello@lamodernhome.com or call (310) 424-4757 to discuss potential delivery options or future service expansions.
- Delivery Method
○ White Glove Delivery and Setup
■ In most cases, your order will include white glove delivery and setup. Our professional delivery team will coordinate with you to schedule a convenient delivery day and time.
■ The team will bring your furniture into your home, assemble it (if required), and ensure it’s placed exactly where you want it.
■ Please note that some items or special circumstances may not be eligible for white glove delivery, and certain locations might not apply. Check the product listing or contact us to confirm.
- No Online Tracking
○ We currently do not offer online order tracking. However, once your order is ready to ship, our delivery team will reach out to you directly to schedule the delivery date and time.
- Estimated Delivery Times
○ Delivery times can vary depending on product availability, distance, and scheduling. In general, once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, delivery may take several additional days based on your location within Los Angeles County or Orange County.
○ We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery dates and times.
- Delivery Day Expectations
○ Delivery Confirmation: Our team will confirm your date and time window in advance.
○ Contact on Approach: On the day of delivery, you may receive a call or text from our delivery team when they are en route.
○ Inspection on Arrival: Upon delivery, please inspect your items carefully. If you notice any damage, notify the delivery driver immediately.
- Shipping Costs
○ Shipping (including white glove delivery and setup) is often included in the cost of your order for qualifying items and locations.
○ Any additional fees for special circumstances (e.g., difficult site access, upper-floor deliveries with no elevator, or remote areas) will be discussed with you before scheduling.
- Damaged Items
○ If you discover damage upon delivery, inform the delivery driver right away so they can document the issue, remove the item, and arrange for a replacement.
