- No Returns or Exchanges
○ We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered. Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchasing.
- Damaged Upon Delivery
○ If your furniture arrives damaged, please inform your delivery driver immediately.
○ Our delivery team will document the damage (including taking photographs) and remove the damaged item from your premises.
○ We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible, subject to product availability.
○ Note that damage claims must be reported at the time of delivery. Claims reported after the driver has left may not be eligible for replacement.
- Limited Warranty
○ Many of our products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering structural defects for a specified time frame (e.g., 1 year from the date of delivery).
○ Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and by product category (e.g., upholstery, wooden frames, mechanisms, etc.).
○ If you believe your product has a defect that falls under the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us. We will facilitate the warranty process by contacting the manufacturer on your behalf and providing them with your purchase invoice.
○ After receiving the information, the manufacturer will then contact you directly to discuss the warranty claim and determine if a repair or replacement can be offered under their policy.
